Frank Moskowitz

Frank Moskowitz has been practicing law in Arizona since 1992, handling mostly civil litigation matters in a wide variety of areas, including business, contract, debt, employment, insurance, personal injury and wrongful death, probate, professional liability, real estate, and securities.  Mr. Moskowitz had handled cases in both federal and state court, as well as private arbitrations.  He also has represented clients in administrative proceedings.

Mr. Moskowitz co-founded Berk & Moskowitz, P.C. with Kent Berk in 1999.  Prior to that, Mr. Moskowitz was an attorney at the law firm of O’Connor, Cavanagh, Anderson, Westover, Killingsworth & Beshears (1992-1996) and the law firm of Smock and Weinberger (1996-1999).

Mr. Moskowitz is a 1992 graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University where he recieved his Juris Doctor, cum laude.  He was a Managing Member of the Arizona State University Law Journal.  He is also a 1989 graduate of the University of Arizona where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude.

Mr. Moskowitz is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Arizona, Maricopa County Bar Association, Scottsdale Bar Association, and North Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce.

He was a Co-Chair (2008-2009) of the American Bar Association Section of Litigation – Commercial & Business Litigation Trade Secrets Sub-committee.  He was also a Trustee of the Maricopa County Bar Foundation(1996-2001).
